Quantile's the perfect place for curious minds to kickstart their career, and we offer a wide range of graduate roles (up to three years post qualification) and internships across business functions and geographies.
You’ll be joining an established and rapidly growing business with the agility of a fintech, and the credentials of a market leader. With a flat organisational structure, you’ll be exposed to some of the market’s brightest minds and will be working on cutting-edge solutions that increase the efficiency and liquidity of markets, improve returns for clients and make the financial system safer.
Our graduates join us straight out of university, giving them the opportunity to hit the ground running and learn critical skills on the job.
Our interns help to shape our market leading services over the course of 12 weeks, working on a range of projects and directly contributing to enhancing and executing Quantile's services.

We start the New Year by opening our internship applications for the Netherlands.March to May

We welcome our annual interns! They spend 10-12 weeks learning new skills and making an impact.August
